“Need to was the carpet from the room and from aisle going to the pool. Towels from the pool was dirty and the blanket dirtiest as well.”

At 7:30 am, i.e. almost the beginning of the breakfast time, there were only 4 mini muffins, 3 yogurts cups, 2 or 3 bagels and were never restocked, the hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage and ham was being restocked though. I think the person handling the breakfast areas should be more observant about the customer needs.”

The hotel unfortunately is a decrepit place and there is no way I could sleep there with my family in the 2 rooms I had reserved. Upon check-in I opened the door of the first room and the smell was horrible. My wife refused to step in. I took a look at the washroom, and I would not dare to use it. “Requested a handicapped accessible room near the elevator or on the first floor. Was given a handicapped accessible room, but on the third floor, farthest away from elevator. Why would hotels even put one of their few handicapped accessible rooms at the end of the hallway, far away from the elevator? The magnetic key cards were horrible and barely let us in the outside side door, the pool, and our room, after countless attempts. Nice hotel otherwise. Would stay again as we like (need)...
