“I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was the worst. Nobody was at the front desk and I had to wait for a while to get checked in. They don’t pick up the phone when you call either from the room or from outside of the hotel because there’s nobody at the front desk! I paid for the night through Expedia and when I checked in they used my card for incidentals despite $100. The $100 has to be returned to my card simply and automatically because there’s no incidentals in my stay, but they...

“The room was clean and nice. The staff were all SO amazing and friendly!!
Only issues were out shower leaked all night, and that was kind of annoying to hear and the parking was insane and ridiculous due to the world cup / Knicks game and people taking all the hotel parking and not being guests.
BUT we will be back! Because this place was great still :)”

“The place is a really nice property. The staff super helpful and friendly.
The only thing and it’s not something you don’t encounter in other hotels was the stain on the carpet, and the AC unit not working properly.
Overall this is a nice property and l would definitely come back.
It has all the amenities that help a vacation become a memorable experience.”
