“I have been going to this location about 3 times already and plan for the 4th because of how home it feels when I am at this hotel. The rooms were always clean. I love the idea of being eco friendly with their reminders to turn off lights and the ac once we leave. They provide many towels and necessities like soap and a coffee maker and a tv. The staff are very friendly. The parking is good with ample amounts of spots. Being here will have you at the best location of Orlando with many parks near...

“My daughter and I loved staying at the Mai Hana! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great, and Kobe is next door, and you can get it delivered to your room!! It was quiet, we were on the top floor(4th floor) corner room. It's 2 doors down from Fogo de Chao, across from Icon Park! Less than 2 miles from the Convention Center. We will definitely stay here again!!”

“Location around events were awesome, the staff was great.
Didn’t care for the ice machines to be broken. The rooms could have been better accommodating with the cleaning which was very very poor for the amount of money you’re spending . The bedding was dirty and obviously not changed from the previous guest. That is unacceptable and I’m very disappointed in that.”

“The good: great location,right across the street from Ripleys etc. The room was comfortable and the property overall was clean. They didn't try to force their way in to do housekeeping (I've been to hotels that do), and the beds/pillows were incredibly comfortable-some of the best I've seen in a hotel.
The flip side of this is where things went sideways. When you spend $300+ a night you expect an upscale experience. Self parking was OK, except there aren't enough ADA spaces and people without...

“If you just want a basic cost effective bed near Universal, this is a good deal. The bed was perfectly clean and room in decent shape. The floors could have been cleaner but nothing gross. No bugs etc. Ice machines not working and wifi required front desk help but they were friendly.”
