“The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. “Staff was very helpful, clean room, typical buffet breakfast. Room layout could be better but spacious. Had to side step around the toilet or steep into the shower to close the bathroom door. Bathroom sink was directly across from the bed and if you wanted to sleep and someone needs the sink the noise from the water and the light will wake them up”
