“Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice guests. Got this place for my mom and she’s been loving it. Good breakfast. Clean room. And it’s so close to so much shopping and food places in walking distance and short drives. Best hotel for the price for sure. And sign up for the membership rewards site and you get a nice discount on your rooms. ”

“The front desk associate was rude . When checking in , I was not aware of the hold charge . So, i explained to him that Expedia did not have that on their site for this certain hotel . He replies “ it didn’t show on Expedia” .Because I only book one night , he figured I did not have the funds. His behavior was so unprofessional & i am highly disgusted with his attitude. After I paid he looked at me in discomfort . The other staff I encountered were polite. ”

“I book hotels based on having a pool place had pool but was not open or ready for our stay. I travel due to my son playing travel ball and that’s one thing we make sure the hotel had so my son and his teammates were very upset about the pool not being open. ”

“Booked and paid for 1 night through a 3rd party. Checked into the property at 4pm and checked out at about 7am the next morning. The hotel charged my credit card for the same night and refused to refund it because they had marked me as a “no-show”. Also when I checked in and out they kept saying they would email me. I never got any emails or messages from them. ”

“Great location close to spas and restaurants. Breakfast is typical continental. Bed was kind of hard. Clean but a bit worn down. ”

“We booked a suite but none of the door was working. I tried both door for many times before i walked to the front desk for helped. They helped me working on a different keys but then those didnt work either. Then i have to walked back down again for the third time while 3 of my toddlers were antsy and irritated. They had to used the master key for the door, it was terrible experience for such a pricey suite. ”

“I am mobility impaired and Brick Lodge accommodations were 5 stars 🌟 The air conditioning was great. Also the roll in shower 🚿 with the grab bars and shower seat were excellent! I would definitely recommend Brick Lodge for an traveler who wants excellent service for a low cost!”
