“I book hotels based on having a pool place had pool but was not open or ready for our stay. I travel due to my son playing travel ball and that’s one thing we make sure the hotel had so my son and his teammates were very upset about the pool not being open. ”

What really stood out was the staff—they checked in twice during our two-day stay to make sure everything was going well, which I truly appreciated. This was our second time booking with Embassy, and it’s definitely become my husband’s go-to. We will absolutely be booking again!”

“This property is not up-to-date. I selected certain amenities during my search, only to find out that they are not available at this location. The water was not getting hot, and the iron barely worked. The pool was inoperable, and the breakfast was gone before the time was up. ”
