“The TV in my room didn't work, there was water seeping through the floor in front of the bed and the ice machine on my floor didn't work. I was disappointed of the cost of breakfast, should have went to the Waffle House across the street.”

What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. “We were not pleased with this hotel; there was construction going on that we might have overlooked during our booking. The front counter staff were not friendly at all and seemed to be bothered when asked questions and during checking in and out. The gym was unavailable as it was being used as a storage room during renovation. The pool was not heated and was not well taken care of. On a better note, the self-served breakfast was very well organized, and with staff that cared about us.”
