“The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. I had not. They then said rooms aren't made up each day but if we wanted they could do it now. It was nearly 6 pm. We said no. I asked what the policy was and they said that rooms are never...

“This property was everything I wanted for a visit with family. Above all, it was clean and the staff super helpful and professional. Great location as there were several stores and restaurants nearby.”

“Staff was great. Pool was inside and not well maintained. There is only snacky foods to take back to your room (did not have the breakfast). Room was comfortable. You know good for business trip but nothing more. Very much like a Hampton Inn.”
