“Disappointed at room layout, lack of perks for staying (you pay extra to an outside company for parking, no shuttle service, no complimentary water or coffee in lobby, breakfast service you have to purchase, and there is a charge for a refill on regular coffee). The doors other than the main entrance would not work with your key, meaning you had to walk the entire building (in the dark) to get inside after parking. The staff was friendly (minus the check in clerk we had), but I can not recommend...

“Best Western was a no-frills experience. Everything was okay, but not great. My room was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was coffee in the lobby. Main complaints were renovations on the property upon arrival so it was noisy and busy. The front desk attendant was also on the phone with what sounded like corporate upon arrival as well, which caused a wait of around 10-15 minutes. Not the end of the worth, only a minor complaint. Location is convenient to other areas in Gwinnett and...

“Hotel is situated near a lake and walking trail which is very convenient. Rooms are nice and good size, only complaint is the tiny shower/toilet room combo. It's rather tight to get in and shut the door. Breakfast isn't what we remembered from before. If you like cereal and toast, and possible some fruit. It's ok. I'd skip everything else. Location is very good. Rooms are clean, but maid service is every other day, so save your towels and wash cloths.”

The only issue was an intoxicated male was beating down his room door to get in at 5am, I guess he listened his card key and the person he was expecting to let him in didn’t. That woke everyone up on the hall. I was sleeping good up until then.”
