“Our entire experience at The Oxford Hotel was first class. From my call just prior to arrival to confirm early check-in and then as we walked in the door 45 minutes later, Coco was outstanding! She remembered me and was very helpful in detailing all sorts of information to assist us with our stay. “The hotel is very nice, clean, and has great amenities. The biggest downside is that the bed is very hard and uncomfortable. We asked for 4 extra pillows, but they said they only had two. Even with the extra pillows it didn’t help. I tried sleeping on the couch and it was the hardest couch I'd ever sat on. It's a shame they haven't upgraded the beds or couches because the rest of the hotel and room is very good. I love the indoor pool and spa, and the breakfast is nice. ”
