“It's a seedy part of town, and the traffic pattern out front is a little wonky. No elevator to get to the second floor rooms. If they hadn't had available rooms on the ground floor, we would have had to go somewhere else, because we can't schlepp heavy suitcases up stairs any more (we're early old). There was a drawer between the bed and the sofa that wouldn't stay closed, and the A/C unit was noisy. Otherwise it was a perfectly good place to stay, very close to the airport and the car...

“There’s no tea, coffee or hot water pot in the rooms you have to go downstairs to the lobby late at night if you want to drink tea. Inconvenient ”

“I asked the front desk lady at night time for extra blankets and she said “I can’t do that “ I asked her “why not ?” She said “because I do t have enough” I told her I was willing to pay for some extra blankets because my kids get cold at night. With an attitude she stands up from watching something on her phone (like she was interrupted) and walks to get me more blankets. What a joke pay a little extra and stay somewhere else. The elevators are filthy dirty and dark and the rooms are dingy....

“All was good accept two things . One….. my room was suppose to have a couch and did not. For staying a whole week I thought that was NOT GOOD . No two……. The coffee was horrible. To the point I bought my own coffee pot and coffee which was an extra expensive. These two things are the only reason I will not come again . As simple as it may be to you . It meant everything to me while my family member was dying to have comfort . Because of these two issues my stay was only ok”

“Pool, parking, and cleaning staff were all great. Unfortunately, both rooms we stayed in had portable A/C units that did not cool the rooms properly. We were moved to a different room, but experienced the same issue again. We ended up checking out early and did not even ask for a refund. Very disappointing experience overall.”
