“Ho trascorso una sola notte per motivi di lavoro ed é stata molto piacevole, personale piacevole e disponibile, mi hanno condotto fino alla stanza portandomi anche i bagagli. Stanza spaziosa, pulita, anche il bagno era ampio, tv e wifi, era presente anche una bottiglia di acqua frizzante gratuita. Il ristornate presenta un'ampia gamma di pietanze, ho preso un primo, molto buono e la porzione era abbondante. Colazione a buffet con una scelta piuttosto ampia. Consigliato”

“Very easy process to check-in. When the machine gave us only one card instead of the 2 asked, the on-call person was very responsive and friendly. The room was amazing, the Kitchenette perfect for our stay. There was water in the fridge, coffee and two apples. The bed was super comfy and shower great. Parking right in front of the facility made it also very easy and comfortable. Would 100% stay there again and recommend. ”

“Lovely hotel just few minute walk to the lake and restaurants. The room was big and the beds were good enough. The check-in process was easy but we faced issues with checkout. Had to contact Expedia. They couldn’t help us. Called the number printed next to the machine and after few trials were able to check out over the phone. ”

Then you have to go down one floor with everything in hand, including a towel, take a shower, get dressed and go back to your room.
The room was not cleaned the first day because there was no "to be cleaned" label on the door. This is usually used to "do not disturb", not to ask for cleaning. The second day I left the room...

“My wife and I are extremely happy about our short stay in La Val. The staff was very kind and welcoming, makes you really feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a very nice SPA area that we deeply enjoyed. The hotel itself is beautiful with great views of the surroundings. We have a dog and have tried several pet-friendly hotels in the past but this one is on an entirely different level. They are extremely kind to your pet as well and you never feel uncomfortable when sitting around...
