“We will definitely stay here again. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, super convenient location and great staff. My only suggestion is that the bath towels were almost threadbare and made it feel like a much cheaper hotel. Also, the complimentary shampoo was terrible. We’ll be back but I’ll bring my own shampoo.”

“Morning front desk staff lady was so nice and remembered me each day. I’m an early riser so I took breakfast to family for later. If you like to sleep in request the rooms on the west side, the pool was very refreshing.”

“As a graphic designer, I admire all the signage and details of The Sparrow. Super hip and modern. The room was perfect. All the nice amenities of the bright orange mini-fridge & water kettle to make warm beverages. Medina (front desk clerk) went way beyond to assist me. I injured my knee so she helped me load my luggage & bags on a trolley to take up to my room as I parked. The private parking lot was right there. The outdoor area is nice and the coffee shop was surprisingly tasty and...

I wish the dog room didn't smell like dog urine! Also I would like to see even plastic utensils in the kitchen. As a traveler I don't carry plates, pots and pans, glasses or flatware. Other than the refrigerator, kitchen is useless.”
