“After we checked in, we went up to our room. I went to use the restroom, my husband tried to turn on air conditioner, the room was so hot! It would not turn on. We went downstairs to front desk, and the lady was rude about getting us a new room, and that I used the restroom. Next room was Okay with air, but wasn’t very clean. Food containers under the bed. Carpet was old and had an iron burn on it. Blue pain behind the toilet. Ironing board broke. Could not get good TV channels. The window was...
