I don't stay here for the casino life but that entertainment option is also very convenient. The availability of having Starbucks downstairs is also perfect. ”

“Lots of nice touches in the room. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at the resturand was very good. Hotel free breakfast was very good tasting. (Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon and potatoes and many other options)They used real dishes and silverware. Real glass drinking glasses in the room as well. Plenty of coffee packets in the room so we didnt have to always ask for more. Appliances worked perfectly and were.clean. Just a nice overall experience. ”

“2 star motel with 5 star service. At first glance, it looks like other motels. Look again. The grounds are well manicured, and not a piece of trash. The pool area looks like it belongs in a more expensive hotel. Everything is clean and well designed. Breakfast surpassed anything else in this price range. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. A special shout out to Courtney! All in all, an excellent stay. I have paid a lot more for less.”

“The stay was great. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Great breakfast options. Bed was more comfortable than a lot of hotels I've stayed in. They had a pool table and a good selection of board games and things to do as a family. That was great. There were only 2 things I wish were a little better. The pool water was pretty cold. It was tough to get used to but a staff member did come in and turn the water temp up so it warmed up slightly. Also, I wish there was a microwave in the room. Overall, I...

“Loved the pool area-clean with great chairs. Picnic area and grill right next door to the pool. Safety was a priority-they made sure pool was closed during inclement weather but opened it up as soon as that had passed. Room was quiet and clean. A/C worked well. Kiddos liked the breakfast. No complaints for us-stayed 2 nights”

“We enjoyed our stay very much! My husband and i rented a room here on a whim after leaving a not so good hotel. The people at Crown Pointe checked us in right away and were very nice and understanding. The people at the desk were so nice, friendly and personable. The room and lobby areas were very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was so good! We will definitely be staying here again. ”
