“The fridge was broken and had a wet towel underneath it. It also had white fuzz coming out of the bottom of the fridge. There was black hair wrapped around the shower curtain. The first room we were put into smelled like chemicals or strong cleaner, we asked to move as we were getting sick from the smell. The next room had an issue with the water draining in the tub. We'd stand in a foot of water every shower as it didn't drain for at least 30 mins after we took showers.”

“The hotel was good. Only problems were I seen a roach, I got stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes. My bed sheets had black stuff on them, 1 towel had like blood stains. And we were only allowed 2 washcloths with 3 people in the room. The toilet didn’t flush all the way sometimes. And only meat served for breakfast was sausages. But other than that it was a good stay.”

Questo di San Antonio parte male già dal nome: "River Walk", ma non è molto vicino al River Walk... anche se è molto centrale, a 5 minuti a piedi dall'Alamo. Il servizio di pulizie in camera viene fatto solo il terzo giorno di permanenza, la colazione è troppo scarsa, di mediocre qualità e quando è affollato si deve aspettare lungo per trovare un posto a sedere (sporco). Staff wasn't really seen, except at breakfast were they surrounded the diners, and demanded cup lids be used, and slow on restocking cups and food.
