“The Hotel is in a very strategic position less than an hr by bus from the airport very close to the beach. In the ame block of the hotel we have a CVS opened 24hrs. very convenient for small purchases needed. Close to the hotel you will find the trolley stop to go to south beach and Ocean dr. The hotel itself has a clean rooms (at least our rooom was clean and well set). The common areas expsecially during the breaksfast need to have an improved cleaning activity. “Ho soggiornato per lavoro solo una notte di passaggio per Orlando. Camera ampia con letti particolarmente comodi e lenzuola morbidissime per cui il sonno è stato eccellente. In bagno sono disponibili anche erogatori di crema corpo e balsamo, apprezzato. L'hotel è dotato di ampio parcheggio gratuito, colazione negli standard americani. Mi sento sicuramente di consigliarlo.”

“Sulla struttura niente da dire, albergo nuovo ben arredato, camere molto spaziose e confortevoli, il servizio però lascia molto a desiderare, colazione consiste in una busta di carta contenente una panino di dubbia qualità di 90 grammi una micro mela ed una barra di cereali . La pulizia della camera andava richiesta ogni volta che la si voleva ma ogni 3 notti. Il personale al ricevimento che e anche management molto aggressivo e poco formato a gestire le osservazioni dei clienti ”

“Questa è la quarta volta che soggiorno in questo hotel, perché mi piaceva la posizione e la struttura, e mi ero sempre trovata bene. Questa volta hanno aggiunto una resort fee giornaliera ( l’acqua gratuita solo il primo giorno). Il personale della reception sempre molto gentile e disponibile.
