“Peaceful retreat. Just a block off the main road but you feel miles away it’s so quiet and peaceful by the River. Rooms were clean and really roomy. Clean bathroom, two sinks which is great for girls’ trip. Will be staying here every time.”

“The location was great for downtown walkability. It’s also close to the entrance of the park. The price was reasonable for what you get. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They advertised elevators, but neither of them worked. The bathroom faucet dripped all night and the TV didn’t work. I requested service twice, but no one ever came. The deadbolt had been removed from the door. Being a senior citizen it was difficult dragging my luggage up 4 flights of stairs to get to my room. The...

“The staff was excellent. Friendly, efficient, helpful. The hotel, you get what you pay for. My toilet had to be manually reset after each flush by taking the top lid off and pushing the flapper down. The room’s door was rotting and hard to shut and open. The room and bed was clean. The remote control was broken. Although a smoke-free room, many guests were smoking just outside their doors. Homeless everywhere. It’s adequate, but if you want a bit nicer, spend a little more money.”

“We found bedbugs in our room and then went back to inform the front desk and the person behind the desk tried to make excuses. He gave us another room but, the door would not shut without slamming it or using excessive force which makes me question safety. Terrible. I will not be coming here again.”
