“When I booked my stay I was under the impression that there was breakfast and there wasn't which wasn't ideal for traveling with kids and when I asked for a wash cloth the person didn't know what a wash cloth was and just gave me a towel and he was upset that I took his time from his phone. Then my son got sick and I needed new sheets when I asked for a fresh sheet I was told I had to wait for the morning which ment I had to sleep on a bed with no sheets. I have stayed in many other places and...

“Breakfast was good. Rooms needed renovation. Bathroom fan rattled. Thermo stat was hard to control heat. It was either cold or hot. Black out curtains would not close and city lights lit up the room all night which made it hard to sleep. Pillows were TINY. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Floors were sticky in public areas. Bathrooms in rooms tiny.”

“Had to switch rooms because the smell was so bad. Everything broken or taped together. Great staff. Overall this place is a dump and gross, trust me. They also have started a remodel so lots of torn up flooring and wet paint. Don’t stay here, at least until the remodel is complete. Location is great. ”

“This was our first and last time to stay here. Property called to collext payment at 10 am when I chose pay at property. She was very rude. No one was at the desk when we showed up so had to sit and wait. We did get a room close to pool and on first floor thanks to Abraham. Other staff was very rude and dismissive. When asked where breakfast was, I got a grunt and finger point. We thought there was poop in pool and told front desk and when girl finally came in she said it was...

“I chose this listing because of the late checkout and they told me at front desk they don't have late checkout. The waffle batter dispenser was busted and there was batter all over the counter the first morning and they ran out the second morning. They don't want you to take food out of breakfast area but there is not enough seats and people are down there coughing and sick. The staff is kind and these guys are trying as best they can but incorrect listings are creating a problem.i did not get...

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces.
The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs.
Overall a terrible hotel.
The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding.
Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”
