“Everything you’d want out of a beach hotel. Room was great for those who don’t wanna eat every meal out. Nice littlekitchenette. Staff was wonderful.. sunsets were amazing. The little beach outback was great. The air-conditioning unit was really loud intended to wake us up during the night. We never had issues with parking. It was pretty close to the beach. I’d give it a 4 1/2 if I could.”

“Floor dirty (so bad in fact that we located a vacuum in the hallway and vacuumed the room ourselves.
Room phone had no dial tone. Alarm clock found on the floor behind the night stand. Toilet leaked into the toilet bowel constantly (like it was constantly flushing). What a collosal waste of water. I brought all of these matters to the attention of the front desk, and was told there was nothing they could do about them.
The staff never once emptied the trash during our 3-day stay.

“Had a problem with our room being cleaned. First 2 days great, 3rd day no one cleaned our room and I had to call down to the desk for clean towels. Fourth day I had to remind the maids to clean our room, after that all was great. Rooms are a b,it dated. Bathroom needs new caulking. That being said location is great and staff helpful. Beds are great and comfy. Even though we had those minor problems, I would stay there again.”

“it was a good stay overall. the only issues i had were the hotel was really hot and some of the towels were stained. Rooms were really clean. The staff was decent.”

“Surprised no housekeeping at all during your stay...dump your own trash bags down at reception, get clean towels for your room same place...beware $25 per day parking too...they say adult drinks in the room "mini bar" which there is none, just a small refrigerator with two cans of alcoholic seltzer. Quite a walk to the beach, about 15 minutes...so pack light if the beach is your destination. Most redeeming quality of the place was a very short 5 minute walk to Bethany Boathouse, a very cool...
