“The location, right on the boardwalk, is excellent. We had two rooms which turned out to be in the annex across the street. That was an issue because I was having some trouble with my foot and preferred being closer to the breakfast, the lobby, etc. In addition both rooms had complete kitchens but no table or chairs. Not even a desk space for a laptop. This makes no sense and I wish there had been a way to know it before booking. Breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the veranda with the fire pit...

“Arrived, asked for early checkin. Waited for a call for 1 1/2 hours. Walked up at 4:00 check in and the same person admitted he forgot about us. Same night, the temperature dropped and we tried to turn on the heat. Not working. Maintenance arrived and declared they couldn't do anything until morning. Turned off all air and in the morning stopped at the front desk and, once again, told someone would call. 24 Hours later, maintenance gave us a space heater. They never fixed it, but gave us a...

Not much of a beach view but from the balcony we could hear and see the part of the ocean. Parking spaces were EXTREMELY small. The amenities were ok. “My personal opinion: Everything was fabulous, excellent: clean rooms, Very polite staffs, always you find parking spaces.( But my advice-suggestion: Chefs need to vary the breakfast buffets) every single morning serve( gallopinto huevos Sousages, tortillas fritas o maduro frito)”

“This hotel is immaculately looked after. The staff are very helpful and respectful. All your needs are met without having to leave the property. The only recommendation is to bring a beach chair and umbrella if you want to sit by the ocean. The large umbrellas come in handy to block the wind too, which can be strong and cool depending on the time of year.”

“I thought the "efficiency suite" was little over stated. It was not more then a coffee pot, microwave, and a small frig. Beds were just standard (not queen or king). Location is great, right on the beach. Pool was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful,”
