“We got to use the pool which was perfect. Our room was clean and well kept overall. The coffee table was not sturdy and it wobbled from being moved I suspect. The TV wasnt connected to the Internet and I was told to call a 1800 number to fix it. I was surprised how well that worked. The door frame was bent and coming off as it's been hit with a maids cart before - only cosmetic but it does matter to the overall look. Our room on the 3rd floor was exceptionally quiet and that is what matters...

“End of May, 2 day visit. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was accommodative. Breakfast was more than adequate. TV access and usability was the best I have experienced in a 2nd tier motel: a very appreciated feature. The outdoor presentation is unfortunately very unimpressive -enough to turn many away, I would guess. Too bad. It was well worth the cost and a walkable distance to the KU campus.”

“The hotel is located in an area of town that is run down. When you walk in the decor is extremely outdated, potted fake plants with dust on them that look like they've been sitting there since 1985, a clock that doesn't work. It felt like a museum. The person at the front desk was in no hurry to assist us, then had to manually enter our credit card. Not a big deal, just another example of how outdated this hotel is.
