“The hotel is near the International Airport and the rates include the shuttle from/to the terminals but the service is very bad. We had been waiting for 1 hour before the arrival of the Ramada transfer. After long overseas flights the clients MUST be informed that the waiting time for the transfer is 1 hour. Other (cheaper!) hotels in the area offer much better service. And Uber is a good option for such a short distance. About the rooms, my room had a very bad smell. I will choose a different...

“Llegue a las 11:30 pm y solo queria descansar y Me dieron mi abitacion Y yo avia recerbado con balcon, la chica que estaba en recepcion le pregunte pero se enojono ,y mejor esper.hotro día para preguntar , al hotro dia hable con el sen̈or Hector y muy hamable trato de darme me con balcon pero no se pudo,pero.almenos fue chevere con nosotras tambien a la senora Esperancita muy buena ,nos la pasamos super bien todo serca ,la playa el trasporte ,todo fue padre .La picina muy limpia la verdad...

“Ho soggiornato per lavoro solo una notte di passaggio per Orlando. Camera ampia con letti particolarmente comodi e lenzuola morbidissime per cui il sonno è stato eccellente. In bagno sono disponibili anche erogatori di crema corpo e balsamo, apprezzato. L'hotel è dotato di ampio parcheggio gratuito, colazione negli standard americani. Mi sento sicuramente di consigliarlo.”

“We reserved for one night but we requested another night at the check-in time due to a flight schedule change. The desk assured us that the request was accepted, anyway the next morning we reiterated the request since seemed that none was aware of it. At the end of the story the room was not serviced either. In general, the room smelled strongly mouldy and not seemed very clean.”

“Sulla struttura niente da dire, albergo nuovo ben arredato, camere molto spaziose e confortevoli, il servizio però lascia molto a desiderare, colazione consiste in una busta di carta contenente una panino di dubbia qualità di 90 grammi una micro mela ed una barra di cereali . La pulizia della camera andava richiesta ogni volta che la si voleva ma ogni 3 notti. Il personale al ricevimento che e anche management molto aggressivo e poco formato a gestire le osservazioni dei clienti ”
