“I guess the breakfast was good according to friend. Beach view, what beach view and no private balcony you shared with all on the same floor, to get to beach you need to walk across parking lot. If on 1st level no view of beach 2nd level you see some, never went to 3rd level. No elevators so if you have bad knees this is not the place as you need to use stairs.
Bed was very uncomfortable and mattress did not fit frame scratched leg on frame getting out of bed. For the money its not worth the...

“Let me say - the location can’t be beat if you’re going to play at the beach. There’s a public beach access right across the street - for the price, that’s great. When checking in, I needed to wait for about 10 minutes before the front desk person came back from whatever they were handling. The hallways were littered with trash bags and linens in front of nearly every room. Taking a shower was a dangerous affair - especially for children - as the temps would swing from ice cold to the hottest...

“We really enjoyed our stay! We booked this hotel for the private beach access, and it was exactly what we wanted. Even though we stayed on the motel side near the street, the beach was less than a five-minute walk away. The private access leads directly to the beach, making it incredibly convenient.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but they were perfect for our family since we only used them to shower, change, nap, and relax between beach trips. Items like a blow dryer and iron are available...

“Cute remodeled hotel with great parking right next to the Boardwalk. Nice cold A/C, comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom. Small but cozy for a couple. We made a quick three day trip for July 4th weekend. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops and day trip to Wilmington. We will stay here again!”

“We stayed one night at the Seahorse, and the biggest advantage is definitely the location. It’s right by the pier and only about a two-minute walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient if you want easy beach access.
The motel itself has potential. Our room was spacious and included a kitchenette, which was a nice bonus. However, everything felt very dated. The cleanliness was questionable, and there was a noticeable odor in the room that made the stay less comfortable.
