“My family usually stays At the willow brook but was needing a little cheaper rate when I settled with the bw plaza inn and I’m so happy with my decision! The location ,the tvs with YouTube/netflix, clean rooms&beds,3 pools,hot tub,kiddie pool,24/7 lobby coffee,breakfast area is very nice with outdoor seating options with and indoor and outdoor coffee station. “Walkable to all of the “the strip” as I like to call it, which is super convenient, but it’s far enough away to not feel constantly surrounded by crowds when you’re at your room. Super close to the National Park and easy to access. We saw a bear from our balcony two separate nights which was also super cool. ”

“The front desk clerk was very helpful. He even tried bringing me a remote for the the TV and checking cables. The TV did not work in the room I was in. Something with the WIFI not working nor was there cable for the TV. The room did not even have a remote for the TV. Before staying in room 104 and expecting TV, check first. Plus there are no ice buckets in the rooms. You are given a plastic bag of ice. ”

“We had a family of 6 and the room they gave us could have slept more than 6. The room was really nice . The coffee and breakfast was also good. They were remodeling parts of the inn but it was still nice ”

“We really enjoyed our night here! It's close to everything in Pigeon Forge. You can see the ferris wheel of The Island from your room, as well as the wax museum. The buffet that is included at Wood Grill was delicious and had a great variety. The pool is large and there is also a kiddie pool if you have little ones with you. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was perfect. There is also a game room and a little gift shop there. The workers were nice as well. We'd stay...

“What I loved most about this place was how roomy the hotel rooms were, with nice laminated vinyl floors instead of old carpet. It was also super quiet—no noise from upstairs or the rooms next door, which was a big plus. There was a stream running behind the hotel, and I really liked the cozy lounge area where guests could just hang out and relax. “Stay was good but had to leave a day early as I received news my sister who is on hospice only had a few good days left and I needed to get home to Ct. I was a little disappointed that I did not receive any type of refund as this was something I had no control of . ”
