“The beds are not comfortable. And every towel we used each day and at the pool you had to check them had hair in them. And I am not exaggerating when I say every towel, hand towel, wash cloth and pool towel.”

“This is a great hotel! The breakfast is always delicious and the hotel smells clean from the minute you walk in. The room and nice and spacious with comfortable beds. The only downside is if you get a room with a balcony be prepared to dodge alot of spiders and spider webs all over.”

“Check in was quick and easy, and the staff was amazing. I was able to check in 2 hours early. Room was spacious and worked well for our family of 4. The balcony was awesome! We had views of the mountains and Pigeon Forge. We even were able to see the drone show and fireworks from Dollywood. I will definitely stay here again!”
