One entrance from a main Street was blocked off and you had to go find another one to get into it There is a big sign at this entrance to the university that points to you to the hotel and the GPS send you there. “I had booked a room with a walk-in shower because I use a cane but found the bed in the allotted room was a bit too high for me, as I told the night manager. The very next day, Tom Jennings, the overall manager, on his own arranged an”accessible” room for me with a lower bed as well. I was so very grateful to him. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but the staff and manager made me feel very welcome. I recommend the hotel highly. ”

“A good place to stay for three nights. Breakfast is fine even if I would expect more warm dishes and drinks (milk, for instance). I can't understand why there are no smaller towels in the bathroom and why no hairdryer is provided. I brought mine as I had seen other reviewers. One more thing to take care of is the staff at the reception. All very young people who didn't know anything about the area and the town. That's a shame! ”

“The welcome at reception was very nice, because we were on an overnight stop, we just want a sleepover. The room very basic, and bathroom left a lot to be desired, just enough toilet roll for 2 visits!! Towel rail hanging off the wall, an over bath shower that just wet the whole floor. 4 star facilities definitely not, would I return definitely not and I would not recommend. We didn’t bother with breakfast just got in the car and carried on with our trip,”
