“There was a weird burning plastic smell in the room but it was better after opening the patio door. The fan on the AC wouldn’t keep running so it would get too warm in between the compressor kicking on.”

“Located on the main street with the shopping plaza next to it along with other restaurants and a short drive to Oxbow. Loved the yummy hot breakfast and variety of bread options, AND waffles even though I couldn’t eat them (gluten sensitive) Room is large and clean. Highly recommended this hotel!”

“The outdoor pool area looked lovely, but I did not have time to use that amenity.
Room was spacious, bed comfortable.
No wine glasses in room. Only paper or ceramic coffee cups available. Poor option for a wine country venue. Tacky.
Had to pay extra for second log in fire place.
Housekeeping knocked loud on my door even though I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door. It was 9 in the morning.
Some how I was charged for two nights instead of one.??? Still working to resolve this error...

“Location is picturesque, Tiburon is a very beautiful area with lots of outdoor activities as well as high end dining and shops if that’s suits you. We visited Angel Island by ferry which was fun.
Check in was very easy and parking is super convenient on the premises. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are very basic close to à 2 star quality. Shower had poorly repaired fixtures, hole in th ceiling, paper thin walls, blinds that didn’t work. Not what you’d expect for $400+ per night.
