“Attualmente l’hotel è in ristrutturazione a partire dalla reception, in Italia non avrebbe l’agibilità… mentre io l’ho pagato a prezzo pieno. Non valeva assolutamente il prezzo che ho pagato! Loro mi avevano mandato un mail dicendomi che stavano facendo lavori solo in piscina, mentre in realtà diverse aree dell’hotel erano in ristrutturazione! Pessima esperienza ”

“Good hotel in a central and safe area, just steps from Beverly Hills. We requested a room change and were accommodated immediately. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as was the valet, who was very courteous. The hotel itself is somewhat dated; our suite was very large and almost too spacious, with a lot of empty areas. The TVs were quite old, but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms with balconies were a bit noisy, as they all face the main street, but nothing too bothersome.”

“As a solo traveler. I was concerned about location and security. The AC is located in an area that is safe and walkable to museums, restaurants, attractions, The Grove and Farmers Market.
The rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant. What a view!
Breakfast was great! One price with a well stocked buffet. The hostess was wonderful.
The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Greeted me each time I returned to hotel.
