“La ragazza alla reception è stata stupenda.
La struttura è pulita ed accogliente. Quindi la consiglio.
Non sono contenta della poca disponibilità e non conoscenza del problema della celiachia del ragazzo del buffet, il quale mi ha liquidato dicendo che fosse una sua scelta la non presenza del pane senza glutine e facendo un elenco di prodotti assenti come il latte di soia. Come se la celiachia fosse una scelta.
Peccato.”

“For the price it could have been better. Some things could use some updates. Didn’t like the floor we were on and I feel as though I could have been better accommodated with the rooms I wanted. Stalk at front desk was awesome. I really liked the the two staff that helped me. “It's old but clean. Loved the full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Smelled so good. Comfortable beds. Nice big pool. No hot food for breakfast but still good. Bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, fruit, instant oatmeal, muffins, cereal.. Very weak coffee! Publix,, Outback, Dunkin and more with in minutes. “First off PRISCILLA was absolutely amazing she greeted us with a smile and is such a people person with great customer service, she is an absolute treasure for them!!!! The room was very spacious but we really could use an in room microwave having to go to the lobby to warm food is very inconvenient. The parking at the hotel is very tight and limited across the street is better. Over all we had a good stay and definitely would recommend if they upgrade the rooms with microwaves.”

“The room was only “cleaned” once during my stay, which my stay was a week. There were ants behind the bed from old food no one cleaned up, I told the staff and nothing was done. There were fresh blood stains on both of my beds. The owner came outside screaming at me that it is a no smoke facility, which I don’t even smoke. She did not introduce herself, just started screaming. My children were crying wondering why I random lady is yelling when we did nothing wrong. That’s no way to speak to...

“La struttura è vecchia, malamente rimodernata. Nella stanza aleggiava odore di muffa, che ha intriso i nostri vestiti. Il condizionatore era troppo rumoroso. La colazione, semplicemente scandalosa, aveva solo cibo confezionato. Abbiamo pagato 200 euro a notte ma l’hotel non vale nemmeno la metà. Dopo due notti ce ne siamo andati, nonostante la prenotazione fosse più estesa. Esperienza da dimenticare !”
