“Parking was confusing for us, but give us some grace as we don't stay at hotels often... we made a mistake and called the front desk to assist us out of the garage since we were a little early for check-in. The woman came up and told us we need to use our keys to open the garage, and we told her we didn't have keys (we meant not yet, as we were waiting to check in). “We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday. “Clean hotel, incredibly helpful staff and so well located in old market. Darius in Valet was awesome and the guy behind the cook to order counter (so sorry I didn’t get your name) was energetic, made the kids feel so welcome and important and makes some amazing eggs and pancakes! Pool is smaller than what the picture makes it seem but it was big enough. Onsite EV charging was kind of expensive.”

“Not a great experience. Upon arrival we were told our rooms were not ready. Check in with at 4 PM however it was 445 for a room was finally checked that it was clean and we could get into it.
