“Very good location, next to the Fairmont Hot Springs pools. Invermere and Radium Hot Springs are not far away. We stayed in the Lodge which we found to be very dated and in poor condition. Some of the furniture is very old and unattractive. The AC units run very loud. But overall we found the property to be spacious and quiet and our stay was relaxing.”

“We have stayed here numerous times over the past 10 years and it’s definitely not the same. I believe it was taken over two years ago and it’s gone downhill.
outside of the property, mainly the landscaping is terrible.
The breakfast was a joke. Staff have zero personality. Couldn’t even say good morning to anyone. Had to write down our order which was written on a whiteboard. Given to the waitress with not a thank you or anything.
Definitely would not stay here again. Especially for...
