“This is a fine hotel located within walking distance of many tourist destinations. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The maintenance needs to be improved however. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and we had to go to another floor to get ice. The elevator stopped frequently between floors. They had maintenance there but it needs to be fixed permanently without having to call the front desk every time you’re stuck in the elevator and there was only one elevator working. They had...

“The property was conveniently located within easy access to major highways. The front desk was manned 24 hours and the staff was helpful. The only issue we had was the funky AC unit, which was loud when it turned on and off, and we couldn't run the fan only for air movement. The AC unit controls could not be changed, only the temp. So either we were freezing or it got warm quickly. But that's the only complaint. All else was good.”

“The views at this hotel are stunning, especially from the pool deck patio and Bayview or city view sides. The staff was super helpful in navigating the city with the city's free shuttle up to the space needle. The light rail is a 3 minute walk (not even a block) away and can be navigated with luggage. The staff let me know that this was possible and it was super helpful. The hotel is very clean and orderly.”
