“Below average rooms. Perhaps the heavy use by the various groups attending sporting events and conventions makes it difficult to keep the rooms in top working order. To be a Hyatt property the quality of the experience is way off. The common areas were nice enough, but the room itself was long past its prime. Banged up, roughed up, worn down/out. “Our room was OK. When we got there, there was nobody at the front desk. We probably waited maybe seven or eight minutes before somebody even came. She said that she was doing several jobs because she was the only one there. We were on the third floor and the icemaker didn’t work.”

“I left an item in my room and couldn’t reach an employee to help me for days and days . They kept telling me someone would eventually call me back from housekeeping .
The item was never found , meanwhile I was certain i left it in there , it was just a matter of forgetting to grab it . Awful customer service and untrustworthy staff”
