“I think it was all an engineering issue. Entering the hotel, the lobby was un-airconditioned which made checking in a sweaty , uncomfortable affair. Apparently the engineering team switches that off as energy saving.
Entering the room, 2 essential light bulbs were broken, the entry hall and the bathroom.
Finally, the air-conditioning was so noisy that it was almost impossible to sleep. Dirty filters and small outlets.
It was convenient but I would never choose it again.”

“Easy fast check in, Guy at reception was friendly and helpful, clean room, comfy bed, great shower but couldnt get channels on T.V but was ok with me as I just slept. ”

“I left early and forgoed breakfast,
Rooms are good , only issue was a person or persons coming in late and banging car doors and slamming doors in unit.
No respect but not owners responsibility, it's people with no respect ”

“Clean room. Great location. Had everything we needed. Communication was fantastic as we had a late check in. Very helpful when my child got sick and we needed the hospital and a bit for time in our room. Highly recommend for your stay in Mackay. Easy access to everything. ”
