“Let’s start by saying I gave them months in advance that we were coming and plans and they managed to not fulfill their part of the deal. I paid for extra amenities to be delivered to the room before we got there for my in-laws 52nd anniversary. they fixed it still charged me ice machine didn’t work neither the vending machine, which would’ve been cheaper to buy a soda out of the machine every once in a while, a good way to make sure you go to the bar and spend way more money the Customer...

“Room was nice with balcony but not what I expected. Thought I was booking the room that was in the picture. All the pictures of my room at time of reservation appeared like the photos shown on the site, but this was not in fact the room we received. Overall the property is pretty nice with bikes, kayaks and paddleboards available at no extra charge. There was a free shuttle to the sister resorts Amara Cay and Three Waters Resorts. “Il resort è Magnifico, sicuramente il più bel posto dove ho soggiornato alle Keys. Il personale è presente ed attento alle esigenze degli ospiti!!!
Semplicemente un posto perfetto per godersi le Keys. Il Tiki bar è il miglior posto di Marathon per vedere il tramonto e bersi un buon cocktail. Assolutamente consigliato anche a famiglie con bambini, noi abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini uno di 5 e 3 anni!
Le piscine sono calde una è sempre piena di giochi per bambini!!!

“Strong dead animal smell, had to immediately get disinfectant spray. Other than that AC was very loud and stinky. Roos were clean and nice. To close to pool for me as it was very loud and full of kids. I don’t think I will stay here again”
