“Rooms were large with smart tvs and clean bathrooms. Lots of perks staying here through Expedia (free parking, free ski lockers, free shuttle pass to town and ski mountains) the restaurant downstairs was delicious as well. In addition, the gym had good exercise equipment and the hottub was amazing with the view! We loved our stay at the otter hotel. ”

“The hotel is marvelous in a spectacular setting. The room and hotel interior was great. The room staff, restaurant and front desk staff were courteous and provided excellent service. “Checking in was stressful as there is no on-site front desk everything is online, with a toddler crying and driving down from out of town with crappy weather my checking was stressful. There was one thing that was bad we were right above the garage door for the unground parking so you heard the door and the garbage cans going up and down and the laundry carts so that hard for having dogs as well.
