“This was our 25th wedding anniversary and a bucket list trip for us. We had roaches in our room in the room next to us had a dog that would bark at all hours of the night. We went to the front desk and called several times to no avail. Finally, on our third night they said the next morning they would deep clean our room and spray it for bugs. They never did. “The resort, staff and facilities are excellent. The location in Islamorada is great either for a few days in the keys or as a stopping point to or from Key West. We didn’t get time to use all of the facilities but there are restaurants on site, kayaks, pools, a lively beach and breakfast so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to.”

“The "suite" was a single room with a king and pullout sofa, there was no separation. So if you are traveling with children be aware that this is the same as a double queen at any other hotel room.”
