“Beautiful property. Our casita was comfortable, spacious, clean and had an amazing view.
Staff were always attentive. Check in/out was prompt and efficient. Special recognition and gratitude to Angel, at Ventanas restaurant. He is in the egg/omelette station. He made the long wait for breakfast worth it. It’s so great to see someone who is not only great at his job but he is kind, fun and the best service oriented attitude.
The hotel is amazing. The private island was incredible.

“We wish we had stayed here for our entire trip. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Refrigerator in room was a bonus. Shower and bathroom were also nice and clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. If we come back to Puerto Rico we would definitely consider staying here and enjoying more of the property. ”

“The beach is a 3 minute walk. The suite is compact with a nice outdoor seating area. Everything worked fine, we cooked 1-2 meals per day and had the other meal at local restaurants. We enjoyed the local cats visiting as well as the rooster alarm clocks!
The host had terrific communication with us. Our flight was delayed until very late at night. We had no problems with the lockbox and keys. Many thanks!”
