“A great stay! The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly. The apartment itself was superb. We stayed in the 2 bedroom one called The Lodge. Both bedrooms were very large, with excellent ensuite bathrooms. “When i arrived I was not sure where to go and got to meet Ralphaldo who is the concierge that put me straight in the hotel's golf buggy and took me to the reception. He was great to talk to and was a lovely person to chat with and so cheerful. The suite was amazing and spacious, it was also clean and spotless. The staff were lovely and were extremely helpful in the restaurants and made wonderful suggestions. The food was amazing, each restaurant was great and had their own wonderful menus”
