“We had a leak in our bathroom causing constant flooding in the bathroom. They tried to repair it by putting tape on it. Took 3 nights for them to finally move us into another room.
The 2nd room had a loose shower head, which fell onto my son's head causing a bump. They came and tightened it slightly and it fell again causing more injury.
They failed to clean our room a few days, which left us having to use dirty towels constantly.
When providing towels, we kept having to call down for...

“La struttura e' buona non adatta a soggiorni di relax per lo svolgersi di eventi che hanno luogo nellatea della piscina e sotto le canere. Rumore assordante per i lavori di allestimento dalle 5.30 del mattino a tardo pomeriggio. Musica oltre i decibel consentiti. Nessun controllo di staff dedicato alle urladei bambini e degli adulti in atra piscina. Spiaggia e mate deludenti.breakfast con grande show off ma qualita' da villaggio turistico. Nin viene servito tra l'altro succo d'arancia....

“Our second stay at this property, the personal remembered us from before and they looked after us. There are a lot of people to mention but highlighting some of those fantastic guys who looked after us where Miraz the chef who looked after all our culinary needs, Yogesh, mustafa and srijita looking after us at breakfast. “Beautiful resort in a stunning environment, a few meters from the beach. Staff is exquisite, we had an amazing staying. Excellent variety of food for breakfast, brunch and lunch; Miri restaurant doesn't offer the same wide choices for dinner, but maybe it was due to the fact that it was low season and there were not many guests.
