“The breakfast was great. Very filling and smooth on my digestive track. The location was in proximity to DC and Baltimore. The room was fine. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the pillows were too high for my neck-therefore, sleep wasn't the greatest. Housekeeping took care of our needs and the staff were very helpful and kind.”

“Don't stay here. They'll take your money and not give it back to you. Then charge you random amount on top of what you were "expecting." Oh it's a clerical error they say. Well of course it's inconveniene for me but I just have to wait for it to come back... Stay somewhere else.”

“Roach was in my room, lady that worked there said she’s lived with roaches. Then told me I’d better be glad it wasn’t a bed bug.”

“The one complaint that I have is that there was no daily servicing by housekeeping. Within a four night stay the trash was removed once and the bath linen was replaced once. The beds were never made. There was no door hanger to request service. This seems like such a basic service that a guest should not have to request. Our days were very long, returning quite late. The last thing I wanted to do was to stall going to bed while awaiting service when housekeeping is no longer available. ”

“Property is in a great location, near many restaurants and close to DC. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Housekeeping was done everyday and we stayed for 4 days, Morning Buffett breakfast is great as well.”

“I saw a lot of ppl calling to complain about the $250 credit hold. I’m not gonna lie and say when I saw they held this much per stay that I was honestly ready to cancel my reservation because I never stayed somewhere that held that much and ppl seemed to be waiting a long time to get it back but mine came back quickly and I enjoyed my nightly stay! Comfortable ”

“Staff was kind and makes up for much but as a member experiencing many properties like this it just continues to be a rough stay with this company. At this location the cleaning certainly did not seem thorough as obvious trash was found in the bathroom I’m not sure how it was missed in the first place and along with such a foul odor in the room that I went to get all kinds of sprays to make manageable. Breakfast matched what this company normally offers but it lacked here to an extra degree...
