“Dated decour but under new owners who are renovating.
The hotel has the most helpful wonderful staff, nothing to much trouble to them. Food good, ideal central location, clean safe and secure. Close to tram and bus stops. Bar at the premises with entertainment.

“A return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. All-in-all another great night in Preston at Winckley Square, thank you.”

“Plenty of parking. Very quiet setting, but this is what I wanted. Staff there if needed but not overbearing. I was on my own and felt comfortable throughout my stay. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the room even if a little out dated.”
“Great place to stay, just along from the centre of seafront. Next time will pay extra for seaview. Staff great, really friendly and helpful.
We managed to get a parking spot, but could have got parked on the front if not. ”
