“Propere kamers, hygiëne was top, kamers waren ook geluids dicht. Alles was op wandelafstand. Ongeveer een kwartiertjes wandelen naar de grote moskee. Prijs kwaliteit zeker top. Naar mijn mening is deze hotel een vijfsterren waard.”

“The staff members were very friendly, especially the male receptionist during night shift and the concierge named Fahim. The rooms were always left super clean, stutter/bus service was on time, although the driver sometimes came 2 minutes before departure time. The breakfast service was good, healthy options available. Would definitely love to come back again. ”

“the staff was courteous (specially Mr. Yasser). He was very helpful and available from moment zero to the last minutes we left the hotel. the rooms were spotless and the view to the Haram was amazing. everyone in the hotel was running to make our stay comfortable. One note to hotel Admin: Please reconsider allowing the transportation company "Almosafer-Transport" to operate from your hotel; I had very bad experience with them and i don't recommend it to anyone. ”
