“Gorgeous hotel, very modern and clean”

“Our stay was just overnight but the room is spacious and was clean.”

“Bed had some type of insects or tiks that left bite marks on my legs. Asked for a refund but was denied because I booked through 3rd party (exoedia). Ended booking a different hotel for the night.”

“Gray room I think mine was they had themed rooms and I can’t remember the name, but everyone was different. It was a cozy”

“Front desk service was good. Carpet could have been cleaned better in room. Had stains and spills by trash. Pool area didnt have towels. Lots and lots of water in the walk way to pool due to no towels. Same breakfast for 2 morning back to back.”

“Shower needs a good scrub there was built up soap scum all over the walls and on the floor. Beds ere a little harder than we liked. And pool closing at 9pm was a downer for we traveled for 13 hrs and was looking forward to setting in the hot tub. ”

“Ashmore use to be a decent place to stay even though it needs upgraded and price was good now they got bought out it's more run down needs updated really bad the bath tub never stopped running water it leaked the whole time bath tub stained didn't have key card they were out had to wait hours before they got them. Really sad i like the place but when you can stay somewhere a lot nicer for the same price it's a no brainer.”

“Don't judge a book by its cover. The building' look from outside isn't too convincing. By the time we entered the front desk, the smellbwas clean and fresh. The frontdesk staff is polite. The room we stayed was clean, including everything in it (beds,carpet, floor, bathroom, refridge, etc). AC is working well. Breakfast: fresh banana n oranges, coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and waffle. The hotel is easily to access from main road. It's only 4 mins away to the AT&T Stadium...

“The room bedding had white stains if you know you know what Im saying! super gross!!! The room smelled of onions/garlic meaning arm pit smell that never went away!!!! Three days of hell we slept in one spot and didn’t move all night! Then one morning while getting on the elevator another lady asked us if our room was as bad as hers smh so I we were not the only ones that had a bad experience with our rooms! “We had a good stay, the facility was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had no complaints at all.”

“They do not serve breakfast like stated on the site. And the manager is a very rude lady. I have never been yelled and cussed at the way she came at me over my children having their drinks at the pool. Which I don’t see the sign and I made them throw them away when asked. But the manager came out cussing and yelling in my face in front of my kids and scared them so bad. Would not recommend staying here”

“Our room was clean, comfy amd plenty of space. The hotel was clean and quiet. The workers were are nice. They have a pool but not in use i think not in season. We used the gym and it was all working equipment. ”
