“This is a fairly new property with all new room furnishings and the King 1BR Suite we stayed in was extremely roomy with a separate dining area…”

“When we arrived late at night, the room was clean but the toilet was running so when we put our things down and went to use the restroom, the plastic piece to the flusher was broken off and had been just put under the lid and left (reason for toilet running. So we had to go down, change rooms and we get to the next room and the lamp had no light bulb so we had to ask for a light bulb. We finally were able to settle in and rest for the night”

“The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. We’re not recommend. I am a Holiday Inn express member and that’s why I will continue to go to. We just picked this one because we wanted an outdoor pool, but nothing about this property was extra extraordinary or fancy or nice or anything.
