Our charming 2-storey cottage offers exclusive access to the ground floor, where you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable stay. With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, cozy living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen, Sam’s Beach Cottage is designed for ultimate comfort. The outdoor pool, beach, sandy areas, and terraced grounds provide plenty of options for relaxation and fun. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Perfect for families, couples, or small groups, with a maximum capacity of 6 guests.

Nestled on a private beachfront in Nyenyano, our cottage is just a 90-minute drive from Kotoka International Airport in Accra. The last 3.5 km to the beach house is an untarred road, adding to the sense of exclusivity. Transportation to and from the cottage can be arranged for an additional fee.

Living/Dining Room:
Relax in comfort with breathtaking ocean views. Watch your favorite shows on the 55-inch TV, enjoy board games, or stream music from your device to our Bluetooth speaker.

Kitchen:
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, water kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, cooking pots & pans, glasses, dinnerware, cutlery, and more.

Bedrooms:
Each bedroom features queen-size beds, wardrobes, and large windows with views of the ocean (in 2 of the 3 rooms). All have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, hot water, shampoo, liquid soap, toilet paper, laundry baskets, and towels.
