“The property was clean and close to event locations”

“Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.”

“The hotel overall was dated. On the second night of our stay we found bugs in the bed and around the room. My husband shared a video with the front desk staff. She was kind and did promptly move our room. She assured us we'd hear from the manager. The room we were moved to smelled like garbage. We attempted ro speak with the manager prior to check out, but we're told she was unavailable. To date, we have never received any outreach or concern. We will not recommend this hotel or return.”

“The gentleman /waiter at Breakfast was exceptional with our grandchildren & adults who were grieving due to family funeral. Food was good.”

“This place can be better but unfortunately the staff reflects the type of environment you are encountering. I had an electronic device stolen from my room. I chose not to report it because I didn't want any issues and just wanted to get through the stay. Housekeeping went into my room while I was out when a do not disturb magnet was on my door. They stole this item and when I noticed it was missing, I ended up staying the rest of my stay inside. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving to go to...

“The property is Ocean Front. And the views are stunning. The staff was friendly, extremely helpful with suggestions for area activities and restaurants. Breakfast was until 10:30 so sleeping in was an option and they continued to bring hot food out until that time.”
