Hotel vicino a Froggies - Virginia Beach

“The pool is so dirty, the staff is not enough, the showers look so old. A couple years ago was amazing hotel & now is juts ok, but the price increase almost 70% up. Pls don’t let it go down is a beautiful place.”

“Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. On the day of check-in, my flight was delayed, so I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I explained that I would be arriving late, and she assured me that it would not be a problem. “Upon arriving , we had a late check in! When arrived the room smelled bad! Like sweat or mildew. Further inspection - One of the beds had a blood stain ( period blood) on it. So it looks like the duvet cover wasn’t washed because it was fresh. Like someone was in that room. We were able to get fresh sheets. I would say they need to update their furniture. The toilet paper handle was broken, water pressure in the sink is horrible , the tub needs to be redone with the chalk. Toilet moved a lot...

“I had a very small room and the bathroom sink did not work at check-in. It did not get repaired until the next morning. ”

“The only complain I can think of was a trace of moldy smell when ac is off. Everything else was perfect. The room was spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable. Good breakfast. The bathroom seems to be recently updated. Would love the frosted glass in the shower for privacy and a few hooks. The location is great with multiple food options within walking distance. Plenty parking spots. The swimming pool, gym and laundry were not crowded and available to use.”

“The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10”
