Hotel vicino a Great Neck Park - Virginia Beach

“Upon arriving , we had a late check in! When arrived the room smelled bad! Like sweat or mildew. Further inspection - One of the beds had a blood stain ( period blood) on it. So it looks like the duvet cover wasn’t washed because it was fresh. Like someone was in that room. We were able to get fresh sheets. I would say they need to update their furniture. The toilet paper handle was broken, water pressure in the sink is horrible , the tub needs to be redone with the chalk. Toilet moved a lot...

“I had a very small room and the bathroom sink did not work at check-in. It did not get repaired until the next morning. ”

However, the only issue was the room next to mine was really loud and I had my kids with me so it made it challenging trying to get them to go to sleep at a decent time. “I didn't like that I had to walk up 3 or 4 floors to get ice, which I couldn't find. That was a bad start. The room was nice, clean and comfortable - after we realized that your couldn't adjust the AC with a defect wall thermostat we just about froze until - duh - we realized you could turn it down at the source. The grill was a nice touch, especially since we didn't want a long drive to eat dinner.”
