“The pool is so dirty, the staff is not enough, the showers look so old. A couple years ago was amazing hotel & now is juts ok, but the price increase almost 70% up. Pls don’t let it go down is a beautiful place.”

“Upon arriving , we had a late check in! When arrived the room smelled bad! Like sweat or mildew. Further inspection - One of the beds had a blood stain ( period blood) on it. So it looks like the duvet cover wasn’t washed because it was fresh. Like someone was in that room. We were able to get fresh sheets. I would say they need to update their furniture. The toilet paper handle was broken, water pressure in the sink is horrible , the tub needs to be redone with the chalk. Toilet moved a lot...

“Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property was immaculate. The pool created a very nice atmosphere to relax in the infinity pool which had an amazing view of the nearby surfing pool and have a nice drink. The whole property had a sleek, modern feel which impressed me. The room was very clean and comfortable. “Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!”

“Overall excellent experience as usual! However, the only issue was the room next to mine was really loud and I had my kids with me so it made it challenging trying to get them to go to sleep at a decent time. I reserved a suite and did not expect to have that issue. Other than that the stay was great. I will be back, but I will ask to have a quieter person stay next to me.”

“I didn't like that I had to walk up 3 or 4 floors to get ice, which I couldn't find. That was a bad start. The room was nice, clean and comfortable - after we realized that your couldn't adjust the AC with a defect wall thermostat we just about froze until - duh - we realized you could turn it down at the source. The grill was a nice touch, especially since we didn't want a long drive to eat dinner.”

“When I got there they were giving my room away when I booked the hotel it was pay at property. I booked 3 nights and they told me they gave one night away. I had to go somewhere else for the third night. The place was dirty. The only good thing was the ocean view. Don’t waste your time.”

“The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10”

“Towels and rag along with bed sheets were dirty. The tub wasn’t clean when we arrived. There were dead bugs behind the beds. Definitely will not be returning.”

“When we first pulled up we both were a bit iffy about the appearance. However, once we got into our room and checked everything out we realized it really wasn’t as bad as we thought. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The staff were honestly the greatest. Always helpful, accommodating, polite and kept up a decent conversation. It was the perfect location could see the Neptune statue and the pier from our room. Thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to visit again!”
