Nizza 1 camera da letto a sud ovest appartamento di fronte, direttamente sul mare nel piccolo e tranquillo paese di Callao Salvaje. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di un piccolo edificio 2 piano, 1 ° linea sul mare con una fantastica vista a La Gomera, El Hierro e La Palma. C'è 1 camera con 2 letti e armadio, una nuova cucina americana completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, un bagno, una bella e grande salone (con ventola) con un piccolo terrazzo per bella zona pranzo con assolutamente splendida vista sul mare. La tua tranquillità è garantita! L'unico avviso sarà il suono degli uccelli e del mare !!
Servizi nelle vicinanze: spiaggia, Piscine presso le stazioni di 40m, autobus e taxi, panetteria francese, supermercati, bar e ristoranti, servizio medico permanente 24 ore, farmacia, noleggio auto, passeggiate. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon

Der Tag lässt sich vom Balkon aus mit der schönen Aussicht gut beginnen. Morgens gibt es auf dem Balkon noch keine Sonne, je nach Jahreszeit dann erst nachmittags. Dafür ist der Sonnenuntergang garantiert.In der Gesamtheit ist das Apartment okay.Die Ausstattung für die Küchenutensilien könnte etwas besser und hochwertiger sein. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Für zwei Personen ist das Apartment völlig ausreichend. Mit mehr Personen könnte es etwas eng werden. Der Pool gehört nicht zur Apartmentanlage, kann aber gegen Eintritt genutzt werden. Die Apartmentanlage macht einen gepflegten Eindruck und es ist eine ruhige Gegend. Den Ort selbst haben wir nicht genauer erkundet. Im Ortskern gibt es aber diverse Restaurants und kleinere Supermärkte. Parkplätze haben wir immer gefunden. Ab und zu muss man einige Meter gehen, was aber nicht schlimm ist.Die Internetverbindung ist gut. Der Vermieter ist immer ansprechbar und wohnt auch in der Anlage. Der Ceck-in und Check-out war unkompliziert.

Vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est très bien équipé (+++) L'endroit est calme et la vue est fantastique. Ce fut très agréable d'assister aux couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse et de profiter de la vue sur l'île de la Gomera. Merci à Marianne pour son accueil et sa disponibilité (plus rapide qu'Amazon😉

Exellent choice

Marianne, the hostess of the property, is a very friendly person, always willing to help in all the aspects of your stay. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped and the view from the balcony absolutely breathtaking. However, the swimming pool visible in the pictures does not belong to the property and we took it for granted judging by the photos. Nevertheless, we did not need it and enjoyed our stay a lot. We recommend it from all our heart:)

Eine herrliche Ferienwohnung mit einzigartigen Sonnenuntergängen

Die drei Urlaubswochen in der schönen Ferienwohnung mit dem tollen Meerblick waren fantastisch. Die Ausstattung und die Lage hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Internet-Verbindung war schnell und durchweg stabil, so dass ich ohne Probleme remote arbeiten konnte. Marianne war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu all unseren Fragen hatte sie die richtigen Antworten und immer gute Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit bald wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen!

gemischte Gefühle

Die Wohnung war groß, gut ausgestattet , mit großem überdachten Balkon mit direktem Meerblick. Schlafgelegenheit auch im Wohnzimmer. Aber: nur Smarttv, kein deutsches Fersehen wg. geoblocking. Helles Licht von der Strasse ins Schlafzimmer, wir haben uns mit Bettbezügen und Badetüchern beholfen. C. S. ist nur urbanizacion, schlechte Lokale, Hiperdino spärlich und teuer. Mme. war sehr freundlich,, die Probleme sind ihr bekannt. Wir würden aus den genannten Gründen nicht wieder besuchen.

Tolle Lage, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, gepflegte, ruhige Anlage!

Eine wirklich gute Wahl für Paare (oder 2 Personen generell), die allerdings noch gut zu Fuß sein sollten, da es doch eine ganze Reihe von Stufen zu überwinden gilt. Die Anlage ist für südeuropäische Verhältnisse sehr ruhig und top gepflegt, und das Ortszentrum mit zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften ist in rund 10 Minuten sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Appartment selbst ist geräumig und optisch ansprechend, wenn auch komplett mit Ikea „sparsam“ eingerichtet, aber trotzdem völlig ok. Die absoluten Highlights sind der traumhafte Blick übers Meer bis La Gomera, und der nur wenige Schritte entfernte Sueno Azul Beach Club mit großer Poolanlage, direkt im Meer und einem super Restaurant mit ungewöhnlich guter Küche zu sehr moderaten Preisen. DA lässt es sich wirklich aushalten! Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Gesamtpaket mit einer sympathischen, unkomplizierten Gastgeberin! Wiederholungsgefahr!

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Marianne ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin, die gleich nebenan wohnt. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Meer mit Blick auf die 3 Inseln ist fantastisch, tägliche atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge, eine gut eingerichtete Wohnung.... was will man mehr?

Leuk appartement met deels zeer mooi uitzicht op de zee

Het appartement is gelegen in een (voor ons) té rustige buurt. Er zijn weinig bars, restaurantjes en zo goed als geen winkeltjes. Het strand is klein maar mooi, jammer dat er geen ligbedjes waren en dat de strandbar gesloten was. Het appartement is prima, de huisraad is wat schaars maar voldoende, de airco werkt naar behoren en het was er netjes. Het terras was net iets te klein. Je keek dan wel uit naar een prachtig stuk van de zee maar helaas ook op een kakofonie van andere terrassen. Er is géén zwembad aan het complex. Wel is er een openbaar zwembad met zout water. In principe moet je inkom betalen maar als je zegt dat je daar logeert mochten we gratis naar binnen. De host was wel zeer vriendelijk en correct.

Wonderful New Year's vacation

We had a wonderful new year's vacation. The apartment is located in a quiet and cozy area. Every morning we're enjoying a stunning view of the ocean. It had everything needed for a comfortable, the kitchen was well stuffed, fast wi-fi. Marianne was friendly and helpful. Happy to recommend

Tolles Appartement

Wir logierten 4 Wochen in diesem sehr schönen, gut eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Appartement. Es war Erholung pur! Täglich überraschte uns der rauschende Sound des Meeres und die fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer und Gomera. Marianne, eine sehr charmante und liebenswürdige Vermieterin, wohnt direkt nebenan, erkundigt sich stets, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Bademöglichkeiten, zu empfehlen der Strand von San Juan, beim Hafen. 10 Fahrminuten, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Bei der Siedlung hat es eine Poolanlage gegen Gebühr. Einkaufen, 10 Gehminuten zum Dorf Callao Salvaje, dort kann alles eingekauft werden. Auch gibt es gute Restaurants im Ort. Empfehlenswert wäre trotzdem ein Auto zu mieten, man ist flexibler auch für Ausflüge. Liebe Marianne, herzlichen Dank für diesen herrlichen Aufenthalt! Beautiful sunsets

We could not fault this property. It was spacious, well equipped, clean and quiet. The view across to La Gomera was stunning, as were the sunsets. It was just a few minutes walk into the centre of Callao, where there were all the facilities needed for our stay. Thank you, Marianne, for an excellent stay.

Das Appartment und die Aussicht waren sehr schön. Die Vermietung war unproblematisch und ohne Überraschungen. Einziger Nachteil ist die Lage, da man in dem Ort nicht allzu viel unternehmen kann. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen.

Once settled in ,,, found appartment 5*****. Ein tolles Apartement. Direkt am Meer (naja, 20 m weg). Strand zum Baden nicht geeignet. Unten ein Pool (gg. Gebühr). Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber. Sehr toll ausgestattet, sehr nette Vermieter. Diese wohnen nebenan, lassen einen aber absolut in Ruhe. Wir waren nicht das erste Mal auf Teneriffa, aber solch eine Wohnung hatten wir noch nicht. Sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne kommen wir nächtes Jahr wieder. Danke Marianne.

Zeezicht, rust en ruimte.

Een prachtig appartement met veel licht en ruimte. We waren er in febr. 2018 als senior echtpaar. Alles prima door Marianne geregeld tot in de kleinste details. Fantastisch zeezicht en een rustige omgeving met veel faciliteiten. De zon verschijnt pas in het tweede gedeelte van de middag. Dat had wat vroeger gekund.
