“All around great ”

“Hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast would have been better if they kept items stocked. But when they ran out that was it.”

“Pros: rooms are huge with some kitchen amenities and a pull out sofa bed in addition to 2 queens. Hot breakfast was decent. Convenient to freeway, restaurants and shopping. Cons: because the rooms accommodate more than 4 people, this hotel was packed with families with lots of children. It was noisy and chaotic (spring break week). This was our 4th hotel in 8 days during spring break and it was by far the loudest and least sound proofed rooms. Lots of door banging and kids rumbling in the halls...

“Everything was nice but you can't walk to anything there. You need a car to go get something to eat.”

“We arrived late and the staff was still welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful- very spacious and clean. A basket of snacks was left for us in the room which was so appreciated. We did have to pay for parking which I found odd but overall I would stay here again and recommend it. ”

“Great service, wonderful staff, great area, and nice size room. Needs new furniture, mini renovation on pool area, and upgrade on bathrooms. Needs more breakfast choices. Overall great place to stay.”

“Facility was nice, bed and pillows were completely uncomfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. It was a last minute hotel stay for the night so we were expecting much. But if you are looking for a comfortable bed or somewhat decent pillows, not the place.”

“Very disappointed that our king suite room came stocked with the usual 4 wash cloths and 4 hand towels and ONLY 2 large towels. We checked in on Friday and thought the room would have been made up while we were gone Saturday and towels would at least be replenished. When we returned to room we saw no one had come so I called the front desk and was told rooms do not get made up every day, which fine they should have told us that upon checking the day before. She also told me if I needed towels...

“The AC worked really well”

“We experienced an extremely soiled and stained mattress pad cover on our sleeper sofa couch in our king room where our special needs daughter was to sleep. The stain appeared to be splatters of blood.This should have been inspected by housekeeping staff after EVERY stay by any customer. The sleeper couch is in that room for a reason as an additional place to sleep. The night person at the desk came right away and changed the linens and was shocked to see what we had described to her on the...

“Conditioner and body soap dispensers broke and sitting on floor of shower. Hair on bottle on wall. Washcloth hanging in shower from previous people that stayed in room. Room smelled like a dog wash with perfume. Not hotels fault and front desk tried to take care of it but young kids were running up and down hall screaming. Front desk were very prompt in handling situation ”
